Terms of sale.

Hot Take is the trading name of STUDIO HOT TAKE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17242770. Our registered office is filed with Companies House. You can reach us at hello@studiohottake.com.

Adding a shirt to your bag does not form a contract, and neither does placing the order. The contract is formed when your payment is authorised and we confirm the order by email. Up to that point either side can walk away.

All prices are in pounds sterling and shown inclusive of any tax due. STUDIO HOT TAKE LTD is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is itemised separately. If that changes, prices will still be shown tax inclusive.

Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe handles those under its own terms and PCI standards.

We dispatch within one to two business days from London. UK orders ship on a tracked Royal Mail service. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery dates we quote are estimates, not guarantees.

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. How to use it is set out in our Returns policy at /legal/returns.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything here. If a shirt is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Email hello@studiohottake.com and we will sort it.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud. Subject to that, our liability to you for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

2.5% of gross sales revenue goes to Goals 4 Girls (UK charity 1199301). We remit monthly. This is a binding commitment and it applies to your order.
