Changed your mind? That is allowed. Here is how it works, no fuss.
The 14 day bit
You have 14 days from when you get your shirt to change your mind. No reason needed. cba isn't a reason but we'll accept it.
Condition
Send it back unworn, with the tags still on, in its original packaging. We can't take back a shirt that has been worn or washed.
How to start
Email returns@studiohottake.com with your order number and we'll send you everything you need.
Who pays postage
Return postage is on you for a change of mind. If the shirt is faulty or we sent the wrong one, we cover it and sort a replacement.
Your refund
Once your shirt is back with us and checked, we refund within 14 days, to the card you paid with.
Sale items
Anything sold as final sale is flagged as final sale at checkout. Everything else follows the above.
